Absurdist Fiction

I was doing some research this morning and came across the term "absurdist fiction".

Has anyone else heard of this? I'm going to do some more research into it, but wondered if anyone else had heard it.

    I've heard, and even read some of it, actually one of my favorite books is Absurdist, Alice in Wonderland
