Would it be all right to write a short story in the form of a letter???
I've been tossing around an idea, and I can't pinpoint what media to use for it. I was thinking that a letter form would be the most effective.

ReplyDeleteThere are novels that are written as letters, or at least, a compilation of letters. There are also books that are written as journal entries - these satisfy the voyeur instinct I think most people have. I don't know why it wouldn't be OK to write a short story in the form of a letter. I'd love to hear what our instructor has to say about this. Yay or nay?
I would like to hear what our instructor has to say about this too. often, letters or at least parts of letters are used as a vehicle to help tell the story. So what does the humbleprof think? I would like to know.
